Welcome to the Respect Animals home page. In my website, I hope to inform people of the cruelty to animals in the UK and ways in which YOU can prevent it. You are the only ones who can prevent it, because you have the voice and animals don't. I will be giving you tips on how to avoid animal cruelty. This site involves info about vegetarianism and veganism, blood sports the fur trade animal testing circuses puppy farming animal rescue centre There is a chatroom and a message board on this site. To go to it, click on the Animal Campaigner link below, scroll down and they will be there! |
I built this site for people who are amateurs, like myself, and people who haven't really given a lot of thought to the much hidden world of animal cruelty. I got all the information you are about to view over the following pages from researching professional animal welfare societies like the RSPCA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) and the BUAV (British Union for the Abolition of Vivisection) and the work that they do. I want to share my knowledge with you of the following topics. I will also give you tips on how to avoid or fight against animal cruelty. We all need to help in the fight against abuse to animals because the puppy that gets kicked by its drunken owner, and the foxes that are savagely attacked by hounds, do not have a voice. WE DO and we can help to stop it.
Please leave a message in the message board with your views and/or suggestions.
If you have a site, please place a link to this site, as i want as many people as possible to understand the views i put forward in this site.

Constantly Constructing!
Forgive me if you don't find all the information you came here for. I add to this site as I learn, as I research animal welfare whenever I can grab some time to do so! This site is constantly updated.
What do you think of zoos?
Please e-mail me or leave a message in my guestbook or in the new animal rights forum on the 'Animal Campaigner' page on your views on zoos. Do you think they should just be used for protecting endangered species or do you think they are simply confining what should be wild animals?
